h264cam

I really like GifCam. This is my attempt at a similar app, but it records h264 using hardware acceleration provided by the Windows 11 Media Foundation API.

Start the program. Move over the area you’d like to record. Hit REC. Press STOP when done. It outputs a MP4 file of the recording.
